Did Xtralis help you save the day?
Tell us how our VESDA or ICAM detectors protected your facility and win a 64GB iPod touch.
Xtralis would like to work with you to prove a simple point – that our products prevent disasters by protecting lives, property and business continuity. Would you be willing to share the event-log data from your VESDA or ICAM detectors to demonstrate early warning fire detection? We are especially interested in events logged during the incipient stage.
At the end of this campaign, individuals who provided information will be registered for a random drawing to win a 64GB iPod touch (a $399 USD value). The winner will be notified by Feb. 14.
Please click here to complete a brief form so that we may contact you to discuss your fire event and explain the process for supplying your event logs and VESDA or ICAM configuration data.
Xtralis Launches New Online Installer Training Program
An air-sampling smoke detector (ASD) is only as effective as its sampling pipe network. For this very reason, Xtralis has designed special online training modules to teach technicians how to safely install a VESDA LaserCOMPACT (VLC) detector in compliance with current codes.
This new modular training approach enables an installer to study the material in chronological sequence from project start to finish and revisit a specific module by topic. The installation process and procedures described in this program serve to update all VESDA VLC installation training modules prior to September 2009.
If you’re an Xtralis installer and would like to take the online courses for VESDA VLC, please login to the Xtralis Life Safety Partner Extranet and look for Online Installer Training under the Training tab.
Stay tuned for future announcements on online installer training modules for our other VESDA detectors.
